Zeraphis provides audits, patient reactivation campaigns, AI patient communication systems, and clinic websites. The exact scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

We report results transparently, but outcomes depend on factors such as your patient list, market, and pricing. We do not guarantee a specific number of bookings unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

You confirm you have the right to share any patient list you provide and to contact those patients. You remain responsible for clinical advice, appointments, and treatment decisions.

Fees, whether one-time, per booked patient, or monthly, are agreed in advance and invoiced as set out in your agreement.
