Pricing
What it costs, and why it is priced that way
Every engagement is quoted in writing before any work starts. There are no packages you have to grow into and no long lock-in, because the sequence is designed so each step pays for the next.
Clinic Revenue Audit
One-time fee
A fixed fee agreed in writing before we start, based on the size of your clinic and the number of locations. There is no retainer attached and no requirement to continue with us afterwards.
Best suited to
- Clinics that suspect they are losing patients but cannot prove where
- Owners who want evidence before committing to a monthly system
- Practices about to increase ad spend who want to fix capture first
Patient Reactivation
Project fee, or per booked patient
Either a fixed project fee based on list size, or a per-booked-patient arrangement where the cost tracks the result. We recommend whichever is cheaper for your situation, and the model is agreed before the campaign starts.
Best suited to
- Clinics with several hundred past patients or more
- Practices that want revenue this month, not next quarter
- Owners who want proof before committing to a monthly system
AI Patient Communication
Setup fee plus a monthly retainer
A one-time setup covering configuration, channel connection and training on your clinic's rules, then a monthly fee for running, monitoring and improving the system. The monthly figure depends on message volume and how many locations you run.
Best suited to
- Clinics losing enquiries at night and on weekends
- Practices with a no-show rate they are not happy with
- Teams whose reception is buried in repetitive messaging
Custom Systems
Project fee, scoped per build
Quoted after a short discovery, because the honest answer depends entirely on what the process turns out to involve. Any third-party service costs stay in your name and are billed at cost rather than marked up.
Best suited to
- Clinics with a workflow no product seems to fit
- Groups running several branches that book differently
- Teams held together by spreadsheets and manual steps
How we price
Quoted, not listed
A single-chair clinic and a five-branch group do not have the same problem, so they should not pay the same number. We quote after we understand the scale.
The sequence funds itself
The audit is small and one-time. Reactivation is designed to return more than it costs. Only then does a monthly system make sense.
No lock-in contracts
The monthly system runs on a rolling basis. If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying for it.
Costs stay transparent
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains and messaging fees are billed at cost in your name, never marked up.
The usual order
Most clinics start with the audit because it is the smallest commitment and it tells everyone what is actually worth doing. You are free to start anywhere, but this is the order that costs the least and proves the most.
